Hi, and thank you for reading my profile. After experiencing a difficult and litigious divorce, I knew there had to be a better way of doing things. In 2010, I created Your Divorce Concierge, designed to assist others through this difficult life transition. Upon the suggestion of an attorney, in 2013, I added real estate services, and Your Transition Concierge was born. Since that time, I have sold or advised on over $100,000,000 of real estate, Valley-wide, with price points of $100,000 to $8,000,000. I am also a trained mediator, and have participated in mediations, arbitrations and litigation. My passion is, and always has been, to collaborate with all parties, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcome for all. Selling the marital home, even in the most amicable of scenarios, can be emotional and stressful. I am able to guide the parties through the transaction with compassion and professionalism, as I understand first-hand the emotional, legal, and financial complexities of the situation. We focus on getting the home sold for the best possible price, and in a timely manner. Transition Concierge services go above and beyond what other real estate agents offer, and are customized to meet each client's needs. Areas of expertise: Real Estate, Luxury Real Estate, Mediation/Conflict Resolution, Communications Liaison, Concierge Services, Estate/Trust/Probate Law, Family Law, Court Appointments, Business
