Kolette Butler is a native Arizonan and a licensed attorney and psychologist in the state of Arizona. She earned her JD at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU. After law school she clerked on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. She then took a position with a national firm working on cases for Fortune 500 companies. During her legal career, a family circumstance prompted Dr. Butler to pursue a doctorate in psychology. She earned her PsyD from Midwestern University and opened a private practice focusing on forensic psychology, trauma and complex mental health issues.

Dr. Butler’s practice focuses on aiding teens and adults in identifying and leveraging their strengths to get unstuck, and create a life they are excited about living. She also consults with attorneys and their clients to assist with communication and managing difficult emotion. She is passionate about human behavior and helping people transition from enduring life to enjoying life. Dr. Butler is a long-time student/participant of mindfulness techniques and mindfulness is a cornerstone of her practice. She is a frequent presenter for groups such as the State Bar of Arizona and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and enjoys opportunities to share her discoveries with colleagues. Outside of work, Dr. Butler thrives on nature, being with her people, poetry and quality time with her dog.

Mark Candioto is a founding partner of the Parker Schwartz, PLLC law firm in Phoenix. Mr. Candioto’s practice includes all facets of family law matters as well as criminal defense (non-capital felony and misdemeanor) cases on issues affecting the family unit. This dual practice scope provides insight and guidance in diverse, and sometimes complicated legal issues frequently facing the family unit from one trusted, confidential counselor. Mark handles cases involving dissolution of marriage, legal separation, spousal maintenance, paternity, child custody, child support, grandparent rights, and complex asset division. He has experience navigating complicated issues, including jurisdiction (multi-state and international), pre-marital agreements, post-marital agreements, separate property, community property, quasi-community property, asset valuation, child custody (legal and physical), parenting time schedules, and child relocation. Mr. Candioto earned his B.A. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Arizona State Law Journal.

Aaron T. Blase is a Certified Family Law Specialist with the State Bar of Arizona, has been practicing law for over 29 years, and has earned a reputation for providing diligent, honest and dedicated legal services to those living in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding Maricopa County. He dedicates his practice solely to the area of family law. Divorce and legal separation, legal decision-making and parenting issues, complex asset division, and spousal maintenance are a few of the areas he covers in his practice. Mr. Blase has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding work and commitment to the spirit of the legal profession. That respect has resulted in his being certified by the Arizona State Bar as a Specialist in Family Law, receiving an AV Preeminent peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell, being selected as a Southwest SuperLawyer, and receiving a 10.0 "Superb" review rating through AVVO. His knowledge of the law, professional work ethic, and caring attitude for his clients allows him to stand out among other attorneys in the field. Mr. Blase is an active member of the Family Law section of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and Collaborative Professionals of Phoenix. When he is not in the courtroom or the office, he is likely to be found on a Pickleball court, or at a Phoenix Rising soccer game.
